We have an amazing vacancy to support the gaming function in the role of a Duty Manager.
About the ideal candidate
- At least 2 years relevant experience as a gaming supervisor or similar role.
- Current Victorian Gaming License, RSG - Module 4, RSF and RSA
- Successful leadership experience with demonstrated ability to coach and train team members on an ongoing basis.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including both evenings, weekends and Public Holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys providing quality and memorable customer service.
About the role
- Supervision and co-ordination of all gaming staff, including ongoing training and mentoring.
- Ensuring high customer service standards at all times
- Ensure all cash room accounting/recording procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure all cash room accounting/recording procedures are adhered to at all times, as well as all compliance standards.
- Motivate and achieve high standards with your team.
- Be hands on, hardworking and enthusiastic.
