All-star is a term commonly used to describe individuals who stand out in their respective fields. Some other ways to describe an All-Star include standout, superstar, elite, talented, exceptional, skills, outstanding, remarkable and top-performing. Does that sound like you?
As an All-Star member of the Gaming team you will be responsible to provide exceptional service through your delivery of engaging, personable and knowledgeable customer service. Deliver drinks, service the gaming machines through fixing minor faults, maintain liquor and gaming compliance and assist with general gaming machine enquiries. At all times ensure the room is maintained to the highest standard.
The Opportunities available:
- Gaming Host, part-time – work within the current indoor and outdoor gaming and;
- Cedars Host, part-time – opportunity to work within the current indoor and outdoor gaming room, along with our new premium space, servicing the cedars Gold Room which also has a dedicated Café area.
Who are you?
- You will be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences.
- Previous Gaming Attendant experience is preferred however not essential.
- Be a positive team player with flexible, hands-on approach and a strong work ethic.
- Someone who thrives working under pressure.
- Ability to work a variety of different shifts, including weekends and enjoy working late nights, we trade to 4am and 6am.
- You are someone who prefers longer shifts, being physically active the whole shift and you’re a bit of a night owl, majority of shifts are during night time.
- You must have a current RSA and RCG qualification.
- Able to demonstrate our values; Integrity, commitment, empowerment and excellence as they are the forefront of everything we do.

With the recent legislative Gaming changes soon to be implemented, we will be looking for team members who are able to demonstrate strong gaming knowledge particularly related to Responsible Conduct of Gambling, gaming compliance and integrity. For these high performers there will be opportunities for more senior roles, which will include formalized training provided for Advanced RCG and RGO training.
