The profile of this position will not fit the traditional characteristics; you must have a passion for the Gaming industry and demonstrate that working in Gaming is a career choice, not just a job. Being primarily responsible for proactively recruiting new members, promoting and communicating our Wenty Rewards loyalty program, you will also be required to provide frontline Gaming services to our VIP members. The ability to keep pace with our dynamic and fast paced Gaming floor of 500+ machines will be the key to your success.These individuals must have exceptional numeracy skills and be able to demonstrate their drive and experience in providing superior customer service. Being flexible, having availability for mid and night shift work, and holding current RSA & RCG certifications is paramount.
