If you would like to work in hospitality, then we would love to hear from you. We are looking for experienced bar staff and glassies to join our team.
As a Gaming Attendant you will:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Liaise with patrons professionally and with a warm, friendly demeanour.
- Serve drinks and food in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring all associated compliance with gaming is practiced.
- Ability to identify and interpret players who are at risk or not utilising products in an enjoyable and sustainable manner and entering information into our CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage the floor
- Conduct promotions where required
What we are looking for:
- Holds a current NSW RSA and NSW RCG (Essential)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well both independently and with a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Basic understanding of gaming operations, or willingness to learn.
- Values teamwork
