The Gaming Services Host position reports directly to the Gaming Services Supervisor/Assistant Gaming Manager and is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service through proactively engaging with our guests. A few of your responsibilities
- Proactively approach, meet and greet guests across the gaming floor and private gaming areas introducing yourself and how you can assist them.
- Promote and provide feedback on all customer related service programs.
- Clearly demonstrate to customers and team members a commitment to service excellence through the effective implementation and delivery of the Star Qualities at all times.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve established service standards and repeat business.
- Experience in guest service-related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy essential
- Exposure to Hospitality or gaming environment is desirable
- RSA qualification mandatory for Level 5 Sovereign Room Duties
