As the Garden Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day workload of 1-2 direct reports, while maintaining an established, consistent list of clients and gardens.
- Salary Package: $70,000 - $80,000 + a company vehicle!

- Qualifications: Hold a Certificate III in Horticulture, Certificate III in Parks & Gardens, or higher.
- Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills among fellow colleagues.
- Experience: Possess a minimum of three years of Garden Maintenance experience, with a focus on residential gardens.
- Knowledge: Showcase a strong understanding of plants, pests, diseases, and pruning techniques.
- Irrigation Knowledge: Have basic irrigation repair knowledge.
- License: Hold a valid driver's license.
