About the Role
Green Options are a professional landscape management company that creates and maintain the prestigious grounds of some of Australia's high-end gardens.
We are currently seeking to offer an opportunity to join our team as a 'hands-on' Team Leader assisting to deliver quality gardening maintenance and landscaping for our clients.
Responsibilities
Experience in a similar role is essential, as your responsibilities will include:
Garden services including pruning, weeding, leaf and rubbish removal
Identification and treatment of weeds, pests and diseases in both plants and turf
Planting, feeding and fertilisation of plants and turf assets
Assist with minor landscape upgrades
Mentoring and guiding apprentice
Maintain professional relationships with Green Options staff and external stakeholders

About You
Minimum 2 years previous team leading/supervisory experience on similar sites
Sound horticultural knowledge
Ideally, have a Certificate III Parks & Gardens / Certificate III Landscape Construction or equivalent experience
High attention to detail and organisational skills
HS&E white card and a working with children check (or willingness to obtain)
Double Vaccination required
Drivers licence essential
