Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Painting Team Leader to lead our painting crew in delivering exceptional painting services to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in painting and a proven track record of leading and motivating a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards. As the Painting Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of painting projects while upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of painters, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and working efficiently to meet project goals.
Project Management: Oversee all aspects of painting projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all painting work meets the highest quality standards and complies with industry regulations and company policies.
Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain positive client relationships by delivering outstanding service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Safety: Promote and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Inventory Management: Manage and maintain painting equipment and supplies, including ordering materials as needed.
Reporting: Provide regular project updates and reports to management, including progress, budget, and any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Painting Team Leader or similar role in the painting industry.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Safety-conscious and knowledgeable about safety regulations.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Valid driver's license.
