As a Gardener (General) with Healing Hands Complete Care, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients to enjoy. Responsibilities:
Perform general gardening duties, including planting, watering, weeding, and pruning, to maintain attractive and functional outdoor spaces.
Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain garden beds to ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
Care for trees, shrubs, and flowers, monitoring their health and providing necessary care and maintenance.
Install and maintain irrigation systems, ensuring efficient water distribution to plants and lawns.
Use gardening tools and equipment safely and effectively, following proper procedures and protocols.
Collaborate with clients and care team members to understand their preferences and incorporate them into garden designs and maintenance plans.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
