The Oppor­tu­ni­ty

We seek a Team Coordinator who will work with the Parks & Gardens Team within Municipal Services and coordinate with the CBD team to effectively undertake a range of general cleaning and gardening maintenance.
Your respon­si­bil­i­ties will include co-ordinate and supervise of a range of activities undertaken by the CBD work team, working safely and ensuring compliance with Council policies and procedures, maintain Civic Centre surrounds, CBD parks and internal garden areas daily including cleaning of brick paving, removal of litter and maintenance of garden / lawn areas, all other areas of the CBD including sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming and the removal of litter and graffiti, identify and remove weeds, pests and diseases and eradicate them utilizing manual removal and / or pesticides and herbicides as appropriate

• Attrac­tive salary of $73,917.38 p/​a plus dis­trict allowance — $ 2611.00 w/​dependents, $1498.00 w/​o dependents
• 6 weeks annu­al leave with addi­tion­al gen­er­ous leave entitlements.
