Utilise your exceptional leaderships skills to oversee and manage, the daily operations of Medicom in Australia and NZ. The role is full time office-based in the Western Sydney M5 Corridor.

With a presence on five continents through sales, logistics and manufacturing sites, our product line spans across hospitals, dental, veterinary and industrial to agriculture and manufacturing, medical single-use supplies, as well as a comprehensive line of oral health care products.
Reporting to the Director, you will be versatile and take responsibility for the planning and implementing of strategies to achieve business goals and monitor financial performance. Importantly you will thrive in working both autonomously and in a collaborative environment, with a strong ability to influence others and be a member of the Group’s APAC Team.
You will operate at the strategic, commercial, and operational levels, incorporating people leadership, strategic planning, sales, supply chain and productivity planning functions. Strong financial acumen and proven track record in effective budget management is essential. Experience in monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities is highly desirable.
Your team leadership skills will support the drive for high-performance across our team, foster a positive work culture and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, strengthening existing partnerships and forging new alliances to bolster market position.
