The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager - Oceania, your responsibilities will include:
- Actively develops and manages professional relationships with resellers, government and educational facilities and end users
- Ensures the development of the sales within sales area of responsibility
- Actively visits current clients and prospects new clients to sell and promote the EMS product range
- Training of resellers, government and educational facilities and clinicians on correct techniques and functionality of EMS product range
- Updates, motivates, and educates the resellers sales force and customer service staff both initially on new products and on an ongoing basis across the entire EMS range of products
- Actively participates in congresses and exhibitions on behalf of EMS
- Follows up with existing and creates new contacts in the clinical, government and educational facilities as well as activities with key opinion leaders
- Distributes product support documents
- Provides education to clients concerning the techniques and applications of EMS products
- Records all customer interactions in the CRM
The Ideal Person:
- Experienced Dentist, Dental Hygienist/Oral Health Therapist or Salesperson
- Dental/Medical Industry sales experience preferred but not essential if a Clinician
- Ability to travel interstate and overseas for work when requested
- AIRFLOW® experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills
- Prior CRM experience is ideal but not crucial
- Ability to work independently
- A strong sense of integrity and accountability
- Driver’s license
- You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply
