About the Role
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Conduct patrols of the building
• Enforce local laws regarding parking and smoking areas
• Static guarding duties
• Escort staff members where required
• Respond professionally, courteously and promptly to all directed enquiries
• Complete reports and use the computer/systems as required

Skills & Experience

• Current QLD Security Licence – Unarmed, monitoring and crowd control functions
• Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
• QLD drivers’ licence
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Covid vaccination records – 1st and 2nd doses as a minimum
• Vaccination records for Hepatitis A & B, measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, pertussis, influenza, tuberculosis and Japanese encephalitis (JEV) – or willing to obtain
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and computer skills
