Vocational Placement Officer/ General Admin

Queensford College is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 31736) that is focused on providing quality education and training in fully accredited courses to International and Domestic students in Brisbane, Adelaide and Parramatta

Students are at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking a customer service champion to join our high energy, positive and welcoming environment. In the role of Vocational Placement and General Administration Officer, you will provide vital support to industry employers and our students as they progress through their studies and deliver outstanding levels of customer service. The role is a fixed-term contract for one year. Five days on-site work and full working rights are necessary for this role.

To be successful you must have:

• A track record of taking responsibility for own actions and showing initiative
• Previous experience in an RTO environment (desirable)
• Preferable, but not essential, experience and knowledge in Early Childhood Education and Care Industry, Hospitality OR Aged Care Industry
• Organisational skills to meet deadlines and requirements
• Passion for excellence in student services
• A positive attitude and a passion for the education industry
• Be able to multitask and a strong attention to detail
• Working with Children Check
• Respond to abuse or neglect – or willing to obtain
• Provide First Aid – or willing to obtain
