We seek a unique person to act as a General Manager / Client Director in NSW, owning the Technical Account Management function across a part of our client base. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, this person must bring these non-negotiables to the table:

1. You must be able to make strategic commercial decisions and take ownership of the results in recurring revenue growth and retention, owning non-recurring revenue for your team (projects, out-of-scope, hardware sales).
2. You must be able to demonstrate success managing the relationship with small to mid-scale clients across a range of industries and market verticals and managing a team successfully

4. You must have a driving passion for helping people understand and use technology within their business. You’ll deliver key strategic advice to your customer base and be their trusted advisor.
