The Role:
- You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the venue from the staff, front and back of house and the bottom line. Experience in a la carte dining pubs or venues is ideal.
You:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role at a high volume venue
- Strong compliance experience and understanding is key
- Gaming operational experience
- Drive and ability in a leadership position and a solid mentor to the team
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge
- Good understanding of financials, KPI's, budgets etc...
