Position Description- Oversee all aspects of guest and customer relations, handling inquiries, check-ins/outs, group and conference bookings, and more.
- Manage property reservations via phone, web, email, walk-in, and online platforms.
- Handle budgets, financial performance, and inventory control.
- Supervise and lead property staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Maintain high property and room cleanliness standards through quality assurance processes and managing maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience in motel or hospitality management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in upselling rooms and services highly desirable.
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
