About the role:
As General Manager; you will work closely with the CEO to develop and deliver a comprehensive business strategy to further facilitate the growth of the organisation.
As part of this, your key MO will be to identify growth opportunities, market expansion and revenue generation strategies. You will also oversee the day to day operations, ensure sky high quality standards and compliance with relevant regulations and industry safety protocols.
You will also have responsibility over managing budgets, monitoring financial performance and develop a nurturing working environment for a high performing team.
About you:
You will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a General Management, or heavily operational role, at a senior level.
Ideally, a good portion of your career will have been spent in SME and/or high growth environments. You will be comfortable wearing many hats (if necessary) and be comfortable with a 'boots on the ground' approach in what you do.
You'll be passionate people leader, who leads by example and has the ability to 'take a team on a journey'. Your ability to build strong relationships will be well defined, as will your capacity to communicate with influence.
Your previous experience in developing and applying growth strategies will serve you well in this role, as will your ability to manage competing tasks.
You'll be highly collaborative, and high on agency, with a passion for networking and be highly resourceful.
You must have previously led and grown a team in your previous role, in order to be considered for this role.
