The position:The General Manager is responsible for the efficient administrative, procedural and day to day operation of the Club for the purpose of providing services to EWSC members and the Board.
What you will be doing:- Service delivery to members
- Maintaining effective relationship with all key stakeholders
- Overseeing financial and club operations reports
- Holiday Home management
- Event and membership activities
- Management of administrative and procedural operations
- Create a harmonious and inclusive culture within a small team
- Recruit, onboard, and support employees to achieve their objectives
- Compliance of governance guidelines, acts & rules
- Strong leadership to influence and drive positive changes and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
While these are the current key responsibilities, the role may evolve over time, offering opportunities for growth, and to utilise skill sets beyond those requested.
