About the role
As the General Manager you'll be responsible for managing Ontime' s Nursing Agency division and driving outcomes across a number of key segments:
Strategic Leadership
• Leadership and management of Ontime Healthcare business
• Involvement with and development of strategic planning and objectives in conjunction with Directors
• Execution and delivery of agreed strategic targets as outlined by Executive.
General Manager
• Regular review of industry and external factors influencing the business
• Involvement with any potential acquisition including due diligence activities and effective implementation of any new businesses.
Financial Management
• Achievement of revenue and profitability targets across the business
Team Leadership
• Work effectively with Homecare General Manager and Agency team to deliver KPIs
• Day to day operation and leadership of Agency team
• Manage and drive recruitment of labour hire staff.
Customer Development
• Account management of key identified clients across business
• Business Development – identify targeted new clients and win new business.
Quality and Compliance
• Ensure all audit requirements are met across the business
• Work with Quality Manager to implement internal audits with 100% compliance and ensure all remedial actions are implemented
• Manage and report OHS incidents.
To ensure success
• You'll be a Registered Nurse or other Registered Allied Health Professional, or have significant management experience within a healthcare labour hire setting.
• You'll have leadership experience with responsibility for staff management customer service, business development and financial performance
• Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes and grow business
• You will have advanced written and verbal communication skills to liaise with key stakeholders and team members
• Demonstrated experience motivating a team to achieve performance outcomes.
