SK tes ANZ compromises 3 sites and approximately 200 team members across the portfolios of Recycling, IT Asset Disposition & Managed Deployment Services.
Reporting directly to the Regional President, the role is an integral contributor to the global strategy of the SK tes group, leading the SK tes ANZ entity.
The General Manager is responsible for the overall P&L performance of our sites and services on offer, you will deliver real impact through driving continuous improvement in Safety, People, Leadership, Quality, Efficiency and Service. To be successful, the candidate should be hands-on, decisive and have a passion for sustainability. You should possess commercial acumen, a strong focus on the client and the ability to drive innovation and change.

Skills & Experience:
This is a leadership role taking charge of a market leader in the industry. Your experience and skill set will include the following:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior role in general management, operations, business transformation, environmental management/recycling, sustainability or the circular economy
Ability to interpret financial statements, conduct analysis and develop budgets
Strong decision-making and leadership capabilities
Excellent communication both verbally and with written word
Ability to motivate and lead people, and lead by example
Quick learner and grasp of complex concepts and business processes
A good listener
Adaptable and agile
