Our Company is a recognised National Commercial Cleaning provider working across a multitude of sites both in the general public arena, not-for-profit organisations as well as the commercial client space.
We have a growing portfolio and are now currently looking for a superstar General Manager who shares the same values and enthusiasm in providing exceptional cleaning services.
About the role
We are seeking a driven and peoples-focused person to manage the overall operations of the business to ensure it meets its strategic vision and business goals. Fostering a collaborative work environment and driving sustainable growth.
Role Requirements:
• Qualification in business management
• Quality management experience in similar industry
• Current VIC driver's licence
• Ability to obtain a police clearance
• Ability to obtain a working with children check
• High level personal presentation
• Fluent in English and a confident communicator
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Ability to work independently and in a team with a "can do attitude"
• Passionate about Sustainability and Social Impact

• 5 years experience in similar role
• Proven business growth experience - both organic and acquisitions
• Exceptional time management
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent relationship building and management skills
• Strong financial and business acumen skills
• Strong verbal and written communication ability
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proven organisational abilities
