What is Weploy?
Weploy is a fast moving, well funded, tech-enabled staffing solution catering exclusively to Customer Service roles through a vetted and experienced community of ready-to-go Talent with established operations in Australia and Vietnam. We believe that we can move faster than any other business in Australia today around placing great Customer Service team members in businesses across the country (We can fill in minutes not days!!!!). Underpinning our entire process for both Weployees, Clients and our internal teams is an in house developed technology solution that ensures a seamless process for all those involved.
What is your role?As the General Manager, Growth of Weploy Australia, reporting into our Co-Founder, you will be the driving force behind our organization's success. Your primary responsibility is to lead and oversee all aspects of our Weployees go to market approach from attracting new clients, expanding on existing client relationships through to delivering Weployees to existing clients. In addition you will have overall responsibility for the sourcing and acquisition of our Weployees so a sound understanding of Recruitment operations is essential.
At Weploy we have an ‘’always on’’ approach to recruitment and have recently undergone a transformation within our Talent team that has lead to our ability to source, place and look after our Weployees is World Class. With this in mind, your initial focus will be on our Sales team who have a clear go to market strategy, but will need assistance in operationalising and delivering into it.
This role will be partly on the tools, assisting our Sales team in selling into new businesses with a large piece being focused around how we can improve and capitalise on our approach to three different service related products that we go to market with. We have fresh funding, we are still growing and expanding and we aren’t afraid to move fast and try new things in the quest to deliver happiness to our clients.
This role is based out of our Collingwood office, albeit working on a Hybrid model however we expect that this role will have an element of travel both locally in visiting existing and new businesses as well as interstate in relation to client visits and various marketing events.
What ideally will be your background?- You understand recruitment, you know your way around req’s, sourcing, time to fill and fulfilment rates.
- You understand how to sell a service and the challenges around marketplace businesses and the operational challenges that can sometimes come with this.
- You’ve got experience you can point to in growing and expanding businesses.
- You understand the importance of Commerciality within business and the levers that can be pulled in organisations when you need to make the boat go faster.
- You understand operations, from P&L’s to ROI to conversion improvement strategies.
- You can lead and motivate a team. As a business we are very flat organisational wide, and this role will be seen as a leader within it from day 1. This person will exude that gravitas.
- You have longevity in previous roles, this role has a clear growth pathway over the next two years, and we need to see where you have demonstrated this commitment previously.
