This is an exciting opportunity to help establish a brand-new, well-funded, leading-edge Luxury Rehabilitation and wellness clinic, aiming to set the standard globally with its holistic approach to sustainable therapy and recovery.
We are seeking a client obsessed General Manager who will lead, grow and develop the business with the potential of adding additional sites once this has been established. Based in Bowral, the General Manager will help build the business from the ground-up ensuring best in class systems, processes and practices, with customer outcomes being at the forefront.
Partnering with a Principal Psychologist, you will build a world-class rehabilitation and wellness facility. You must have experience in the delivery of 5* + levels of service and you will have an instinct for an elite client group and their expectations in this environment. Commercial and analytical you will be strategic and have the ability to be tactical and operational in addition to ensuring the team exceeds client expectations.
