General Manager

Join an international operator in heavy industry and build a new business unit. Be a major player within an ambitious strategy to be the most successful supplier of equipment, solutions, parts and services to the road transport industry throughout Australia. 

As General Manager you will bring an entrepreneurial flair and solid leadership skills to the table. You will have the ability to communicate and help rally drive and enthusiasm within an established national Dealership network to grow and maximize ranging, sales, and EBITA. 

Planning

• Develop strategy for the business - compiling the combined demand of the Dealership network.

Sales

• Develop a 5 year and annual Business Plan for the new business.
• Develop sales tools and strategies for the Parts business.
• Work with each of the Dealerships to ensure the delivery of the strategy.
• Develop an online offer.

Supply

• Work closely with the Procurement team on the development of Strategic Sourcing Plans.

• Development of KPIs that ensure the Business performance.

Organisational Development

• Work with others in the business to create a “Culture”.
• Develop and engage with direct employees enabling them to meet both business and personal development plans.
• Develop succession planning across team.
