About the role
The General Manager of WHM is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations while guiding the strategic direction of the business. Collaborating closely with the Director, the General Manager will drive and translate growth initiatives. This role provides strong business leadership, involving managing a team of 10 administration staff and supporting 10 specialists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-led care, and maintaining the reputation of Women’s Health Melbourne by meeting the relevant standards and accreditation requirements. This includes spearheading the development and implementation of plans to establish an in-house in vitro fertilization laboratory from conception to execution, spanning budgeting, resource allocation, regulatory compliance and managing strategic partnerships.

You are a highly regarded operational leader with the capabilities and experience to manage and develop a patient-centred specialist women’s health services practice. You possess commercial acumen underpinned by strong business, financial and strategic skills.
