The General Manager of Operations is pivotal in enhancing our operational capabilities by supporting the Chief Operations Officer (COO) in leading and managing our core business functions. This key position collaborates closely with the COO and peers to analyse, develop, plan, and implement strategies that align with our strategic priorities.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating business action plans and strategic initiatives to achieve organisational goals.
- Leading strategic planning, coordination, and execution of operational initiatives to bolster efficiency, effectiveness, and superior performance across all Wilson Parking and Interpark locations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including General and State Managers, department leads, and senior leadership, to foster operational excellence, ensure consistency, and streamline processes.

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager of Operations to lead our teams and optimize operational efficiency in line with our strategic goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategizing and implementing operational procedures to achieve organisational objectives.
- Leading and supporting teams to ensure consistent performance and compliance with standards.
- Evaluating performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving actions to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine processes, remove bottlenecks, and enhance productivity.
- Conducting audits to uphold compliance with regulatory, industry, and internal standards.
- Developing and managing training programs to elevate staff skills and knowledge.
- Cultivating a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
- Managing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximise operational success.
- Keeping updated with industry trends and integrating best practices and technologies in operations management.
- Reporting on operational status, initiatives, and progress to senior leadership.
- Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
