About the role:
As the General/Operations Manager, you will wield your strategic prowess to propel our retail chain to new heights. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy, encompassing sales growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion.
• Provide visionary leadership to a diverse team of executives, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and shape the brand's direction.
