What's involved -
- Provide leadership, strategic focus, authoritative and expert advice on a wide range of professional and policy issues to the Health Service Chief Executive (HSCE), members of the Executive Team, and other relevant stakeholders, to achieve policy and operational alignment with National, State and Central West Health's (CWH) strategic directions, policies, and professional standards for the effective and safe delivery of contemporary program needs
- Work as a collaborative partner within the Executive Leadership Team in planning and delivery of health services with associated budgetary accountabilities.
- General Manager, Primary Health Services reports to the Health Service Chief Executive and has professional reporting responsibilities to the Executive Director Nursing and Midwifery Services.
- Apply professional and clinical expertise with the Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery Services and other multidisciplinary stakeholders.
