Job Title: ICT Change Manager
- Long term contract role
- Australian citizenship with NV1 security clearance is mandatory

- 120 - 135 per hour inc super
- Develop and implement Change Management Plans and associated artefacts to optimize stakeholder engagement and drive successful change.
- Lead the strategy, implementation, and evaluation of the project's benefit management plan to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Devise comprehensive change management and communication strategies, fostering engagement and buy-in across all project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the project team to execute change management plans, encompassing communications, stakeholder management, user engagement, training, support, and business process improvement.
- Provide regular reports to designated managers/executives and actively participate in project meetings and advisory groups.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Organizational Change Manager role within a large and complex IT environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
- Extensive knowledge of organizational change management methodologies, tools, and structures.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci, or ACMP, applied within Agile and Prince2 frameworks.
- Availability to work from our Canberra office at least 3 days per week, with occasional travel requirements.
- Passion for accessibility and experience with accessible design and development.
- Previous experience with secure government systems and complex global ICT environments.
- Qualifications or accreditation in Change Management methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management systems and tools, particularly in Agile and Waterfall environments.
