General Manager, Process Excellence

The Opportunity
In this newly created position, the GM of Process Excellence will play a pivotal role in optimising our business processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring seamless operations. You will lead a small team of process experts, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and champion process improvement initiatives, embedding Process Excellence knowledge and capability across the business.
You will make an impact by:

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for Process Excellence, aligning with organisational goals.
• Identify process inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain a Process Excellence enablement framework.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Develop capabilities to measure process effectiveness.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Mentor and develop team members to become process champions.

About You

• Tertiary qualification in business, engineering or related field
• Proven experience driving process improvement in mid-size organisations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) not essential but highly regarded
