Lead a supportive Compliance Team to ensure regulatory, contractual and legislative compliance is achieved for the delivery of our social and affordable housing services.

The Role
- Operate at the highest level of corporate governance.
- Development, Implementation and maintenance of Quality, Risk & Compliance Frameworks.
- Undertake business quality checks across all operational and service aspects of the organisation whilst ensuring Quality Assurance of Housing Services compliance activity.
- Develop and own the group’s risk systems, ensuring that our risk system is current, that risks are identified, owned and managed, including undertaking risk assessment and emergency, business continuity, disaster recovery plans and facilitating crisis simulations.
- Ensure that all regulatory reporting is accurately provided to the relevant reporting authority and stakeholders in a timely matter (e.g. Financial Institutions, Victorian Registrar of Housing Agencies, NRSCH, ACNC, ASIC, APRA).
- Understanding our compliance obligations, and ensuring that they are managed and reported to relevant regulatory authorities
Our Ideal Candidate
- You will be a risk professional with extensive experience in understanding risk, risk management, risk oversight and reporting.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (for example legal or business-related disciplines)
- Experience at a Senior Management Level with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Ability to provide the Board timely, well researched and commercially focused advice.
