As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations and driving business growth and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans including recruitment practices to achieve company objectives and drive sustainable growth.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Ability to travel as required nationally to oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and customer service.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for expansion and competitive advantage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and optimize operational performance, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, systems, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Represent the company in various forums, conferences, and industry events to promote brand awareness and thought leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role recruitment based, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the industry or relevant field.
- Must have strong IR/ER knowledge of the Fair work act, industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Ability to understand business models to negotiate terms with clients.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address complex business challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
