The General Manager – Venue and Commercial Operations will lead the successful management of GMHBA Stadium operations ensuring high-quality customer experiences, procurement of diverse major and minor events, the safe and secure delivery of events and activities held at the stadium, compliant facilities and contract providers, digital technology, and its utilisation whilst maximising stadium occupancy and financial returns. You will be adept at building and maintaining positive relationships with and meeting the needs of a diverse stakeholder group as well as balancing the management of elite, community, AND COMMERCIAL usage of the stadium. You are well known for your strong commitments to and proven track record of building high-performing teams leveraging your effective leadership skills that have consistently unlocked the potential of your team members, leading to excellent outcomes.
