About the Role:
In line with our growth and expansion plan, we have created a new rolefor a General Manager to develop and implement effective business strategies toachieve our growth targets. The successful candidate will be the right-handperson of the owner/ director, tasked with the mission of increasingprofitability and growing the business.
About You:
- More than 5 years of experience insenior leadership roles.
- Be ready to demonstrate a proven trackrecord of implementing successful strategies to transform a business.
- Expertise in reviewing financialreports and budgets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- An astute entrepreneur withstrong business acumen.
- Experience from a SME or start-upbackground is advantageous.
- Knowledge or experience in theindustry is highly regarded.
Your Responsibilities:
- Be the owner/director’s right-handperson and oversee daily business operations to improve efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance andimplement cost control measures to enhance profitability.
- Set sales targets and develop/execute promotionalcampaigns either in-house or in collaboration with external consultants.
- Identify new opportunities to expandservice offerings.
- Maintain and grow positive culture andboost staff morale.
- Engage in community activities tofoster local relationships for long-term business growth.
- Strengthen vendor/supplierrelationship.
- Be the final escalation point for thehandling of patient concerns to ensure prompt resolution and satisfaction.
- Interstate or overseas travel whererequired.
