The Role
Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients across various medical conditions and settings. Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and implement treatment plans as prescribed. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans and ensure seamless patient care delivery. Uphold meticulous documentation practices and adhere to healthcare regulations to maintain the highest standards of patient safety and quality care.
The Essentials
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12 months of recent experience in General Medical nursing
- Relevant specialty certifications or training related to General Medical nursing
- Valid certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency and adaptability in diverse medical environments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Capacity to remain calm and focused during challenging and high-pressure situations
