Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate General Practitioners, nurses and Allied Health professionals to fill the role of GP, Nurse, Dietician, Podiatrist and Psychologist. In this position, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities: 

1. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
2. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by healthcare providers.
3. Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
4. Collaborate with General Practitioners and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
5. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care planning.

Qualifications:

1. Current and valid nursing or Allied Health license in VIC.
2. At least 2 years of clinical experience in their field.
3. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced healthcare environment.
6. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
