To sustain our growth model we are looking for a patient-focused, charismatic, caring, and empathetic full-time Practice nurse (RN) to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality clinical nursing services to our Doctor's and Medical centre's patients, with a smile!

Roles and responsibilities
- Wound dressing
- Perform ECG's & Spirometry
- Use of autoclave sterilisers
- Ear syringing
- Triage and assessment of unwell/urgent and “walk in clients”, including use of diagnostic aids within scope of practice
- Childhood and Adult Immunisations
- Management of immunisation records, recall, cold chain management and infection control.
- Stock control - ensuring GP's room and treatment is well stocked daily to meet their clinical needs
- Collaboration with General Practitioners on the implementation of care plans
- Working on new clinical projects and helping to manage them
- Clinical Data management/ patient recalls using Best Practice and HotDoc software
- Competent in using computers and customer service skills, maintaining policies and procedures
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Selection Criteria
Essential
- Current Nursing Registration (AHPRA)
- WA Immunisation Provider certificate
- Completion of Department of Health Covid-19 Vaccination Training Modules
- Chronic disease management knowledge
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of Windows-based software system (e.g. Excel, Word)
Desirable
- Experience with Best Practice software
- Willingness to learn and give it a “fair go”, with an interest in medical/General practice
- The ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively in a supportive yet busy environment.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
