Enrolled Nurse / Rn (General Practice)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to work 1 to 3 days per week, fixed hours preferably, and relief days when required.

Experienced is preferred but not essential as training and mentoring will be provided for the right candidate.  

No weekend work.

The ideal candidate will need excellent communication skills, good computer skills and be able to work efficiently within a happy team.  

You will be supporting multiple doctors and your duties will include (but not limited to):

Childhood immunisations 
Infection Control
Assisting with minor surgical procedures
Perform ECGs and Spirometry 
Travel vaccinations 
Wound management and dressings
Cold chain and stock management
Administrative duties including recalls and reminders
Preparing chronic disease management plans and reviews
Performing health assessments
Pre-Employment medical check ups
Patient triage (phone and walk-ins)
