As demand for our services are expanding, we need more nurses to join our team to provide coordinated care to our large patient cohort. This role is part time. A sound knowledge of Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessments is a must. Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a caring nature, high level communication skills and attention to detail. A diverse range of services allows you to pursue your particular interests; assist with skin procedures, minor procedures, occupational health, pre-employment medicals, coordinated chronic disease management, travel health.
As an APHRA registered RN/EN, you will bring -
