Main Description:We are looking for 2 General Practitioner to join the Aldea Consulting locum team for a period between 4 – 12 weeks. It is important to note, that as a locum doctor working with us, there is no expectation for you to leave your existing practice since these opportunities can be part time.
The expectation is for you to be part of a team of doctors and perform your regular GP duties within a team environment supporting the management of the existing patient load.
There is no need for you to have previous locum experience, because working as a locum GP the expectation from a patient management point of view are the same. As a locum doctor the main difference is that you will be working at the practice for a short period of time. However, if you would like for the option to become permanent after working there and discovering this is a practice you would like to stay long term, the option is also available if you wish to explore it further whenever the time is right.
This time we have two almost identical options for you to choose from:
- Weston Creek (available full time or part time for up to 12 weeks)
- Queanbeyan (available full time or part time for up to 12 weeks)

Requirements:
- AHPRA SpecialistRegistration
- Fellowship
- Professional Indemnity insurance
- Able to manage 4-5 patients per hour
- Preferably 1 or 2 month commitment, however negotiable
