At Crew Marine Solutions we are contracted to Riverside Marine to run the dredge vessel the "John Oxley 2". you will be working in small teams of 4 and it is a fast-paced, safety-focused operation.
Qualifications & experience
- Master 24
- MED 2 (preferable)
- Civil excavator operators' ticket and/Or Experience in a similar machine
- doggers & C6 Crane ticket (preferable)
- STCW/Cost or ESS
Tasks & responsibilities
- General deck duties
- assisting mate, master, and engineer in onboard tasks.
- operating the CAT 349 excavator to discharge sand
- assisting in dredging operations
- general vessel cleanliness and upkeep
- Hazard identification and prevention
- safety drills and tasks
- navigational watch when required by the mate and master onboard
