Generalist Solicitor

Salary as per Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Level 5/6

About the Role

You will:

• Provide high quality, accessible legal advice, information, and referrals on a range of generalist legal issues to disadvantaged members of the community. 
• Comply with NCI policies & procedures, professional obligations, regulations, bodies and key standards as applicable. 
• Provide community legal education and network with relevant stakeholders. 
• Work collaboratively with a small cohesive team environment (experience working with volunteers is highly desirable).
