ABOUT THE POSITION
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Geotechnical Engineer with 1-2 years of industry experience. As a Geotechnical Engineer at Fortify Geotech, you will be in charge of your own projects from establishing scope, conducting and coordinating fieldwork to delivery of technical reports.
TASKS
Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordinating and conducting geotechnical site inspections and investigations at sites around greater Sydney
- liaise with clients and relevant teams to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Undertaking any ad-hoc initiatives and tasks, as directed by senior team members
- Perform duties in accordance with project processes, systems, and procedures
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum requirements to be considered for the role:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience with Excel, Word, and other related software
- Must have drivers license (access to a car preferred)
- white card
- Ability to work independently and cohesively as a team
- Proven post graduate experience as a Geotechnical Engineer
- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents only (inc. New Zealand Citizens)
