An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and enthusiastic Gifted Education Specialist who has the qualifications and personal qualities needed to make a difference to the educational outcomes of students at our vibrant School.
The primary aim of this role is to promote an inclusive educational environment by designing, delivering and evaluating educational programs for identified gifted and high-potential students with diverse learning needs.
This is a full-time position for Semester 2 2024 to cover parental leave.
In line with the School’s Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 Learning and Teaching strategy, this role will focus on supporting class teachers to differentiate for gifted students and challenging identified gifted students with delivering targeted educational programs across the Junior and Senior Schools.
The ability to work collaboratively with classroom teachers, share expertise and resources, plan and deliver targeted units of work that enthuse and inspire students, and liaise with families is essential for success in this role.
