Role Summary:
As a Learning Content Specialist, you will design, build, and maintain engaging learning experiences in various formats, including digital and instructor-led. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing cost-effective, timely, and high-quality learning initiatives
- Managing stakeholder expectations and development requests
- Creating training materials using various authoring tools
- Continuously improving learning materials, methodology, and processes
- Ensuring quality assurance and deploying content in LMS
- Staying up-to-date with the latest content development approaches, tools, and modalities
- Maintaining a learning catalogue with relevant materials, regulations, and best practices
- Building engaging and informative learning experiences
- Collaborating across teams to ensure consistency and alignment with company goals
- Establishing positive relationships with SMEs and partners
- Finding innovative ways to produce scalable content
- Using agile methodology to manage content projects
- Analyzing course evaluations to improve training content and effectiveness
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in building and maintaining training materials
- Proficient in:
- eLearning development software (Articulate or similar)
- eLearning programming specifications (SCORM, AICC, Tin Can API)
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Strong skills in:
- Communication (written, verbal, interpersonal)
- eLearning course creation and design
- Adult learning and instructional design principles
- Organization and time management
- Ability to:
- Work collaboratively and independently
- Handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Work with minimal supervision
