Role
Reporting into the Group Reporting Manager, you will manage the Corporate P&L and corporate admin overheads, as well as assist with the preparation of analyses and presentations to support the management of various corporate accounting and reporting matters.
You will also assist in several FP&A activities including the management of budgeting/forecasting, month end reporting cycles, and the preparation of a number of ad-hoc reporting presentations and other analyses for senior management and the Board.
Corporate Accounting:
- Oversee the monthly corporate recharge process.
- Monitor corporate accruals and manage corporate cost centres.
- Prepare periodic reporting presentations for forecasts and actuals, including variance and corporate overhead analyses.
FP&A Assistance:
- Assist in the system setup and data compilation for monthly reporting packs and forecast/budget decks.
- Ensure data integrity and manage the Group Risks & Opportunities register.
- Drive the timely execution of forecast cycle calendars.
Projects:
- Support process improvement initiatives and system capability enhancements.
Challenges:
- Deliver high-quality outcomes despite system and process limitations.
- Manage conflicting priorities autonomously and provide superior customer service while challenging existing situations.
Person
You are CPA/CA qualified with a Big 4/mid-tier chartered firm background, coupled with financial management reporting, planning, and analysis experience in FMCG or similar industries. Proficiency in Excel and SAP is highly desired. You possess strong technical accounting skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset. You are ambitious, customer-focused, intellectually curious, decisive, and an adept communicator capable of navigating complex situations.
