About the Role
The Global Coral Reef Initiative Coordinator supports the delivery of the Coral Reef Rescue Initiative (CRRI). The role provides operational assistance to the CRRI Manager in day-to-day functions to fulfil key deliverables of this significant International Oceans program including undertaking conservation program administration activities.
Key Accountabilities (Refer to PD for full list of Key Accountabilities)

  • Coordinates technical reporting and conservation program administration to support team activities by tracking strategic and operational plans, contracting and KPIs. 
  • Coordinates logistics for internal/external meetings, workshops and events, prepares presentations and supporting documentation, and monitors follow-up.
  • Organises agendas, meetings and appointments for the Manager.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience (Refer to PD for full list of Key Accountabilities)
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of environmental conservation and sustainable development issues, preferably relating to Coral Reefs.
  • A working knowledge of the Open Standards for the Practice of Conservation.
  • Experience working in a multi-stakeholder NGO environment.
