Description
- Management and leadership of the Supply Chain team across Supply & Demand Planning, S&OP, 3rd party contract manufacturing and NPI for a global customer network
- Inventory management of all skus for Retail, Wholesale and E-Commerce Channels globally (ANZ, USA, Europe)
- Reporting, forecasting and analysis management to ensure DIFOT levels are 95%+ and a high degree of forecast accuracy is maintained
- Governing the relationship with contract manufacturing to build more robust relationships and gaining COGS efficiency's
- Key focus on continuous improvement of processes and procedures across the Supply Chain
- Build, develop and lead S&OP meetings
- Adhoc Supply Chain projects
Profile
- Experienced FMCG Supply Chain leader who is adaptable and dynamic in their approach.
- Tenured experience within all aspects of Planning and S&OP in a fast paced FMCG environment will be key to success.
- Ability to Plan for an omni-channel and global Retail customer base.
- Experience working within a fast growing organisation and ability to wear multiple hats at once.
- Entrepreneurial flair and mindset will also be highly regarded.
