The role of Global Portfolio Soluions Program Manager is a heady mix of financial and risk management, pmo reporting, program governance and audit, pre-development pmo implementation support and continuous improvement and innovation Indeed, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing and delivering Nufarm’s pipeline. How? By generating program reports that provide deep insights, supporting high-priority projects with the construction of financial models and risk assessments, playing your part in the evolution of our pre-development project management office, and much more besides.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing financial modelling and risk assessment expertise
- Establishing and maintaining standardised reporting procedures to ensure consistency and transparency
- Overseeing a framework that ensures the governance of a project is matched to its priority level and sophistication
- Advocating for, and implementing, continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes and tools
What you’ll need to bring
- Strong analytical and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, plus model development experience
- Experience of developing reporting tools that deliver actional insights for swift, data-based decision-making by management
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders at various levels
- Proficiency using Project Management tools such as PMO365 would also be useful
